3. Pricing and Payment All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) by default but can be adjusted to your local currency. Prices are inclusive of applicable import duties and VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. Payment must be completed at the time of order placement. We accept Credit Cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Klarna. Discounts, promotional codes, and other special offers are subject to availability and may carry additional terms.

4. Order Processing Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase. Order processing times may vary but typically take 1–2 business days. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to reasons such as: lack of stock, payment issues, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping and Delivery To ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency, our products are dispatched directly from our specialized global fulfillment centres. We do not act as the importer of these goods into your country. Customers will receive track and trace information as soon as the order has been dispatched. Tracking details may require some time to update, particularly for international shipments. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, local authorities, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Risk of Delay or Additional Costs Customers accept full responsibility for any delays, additional costs, or customs procedures that may occur during shipping and importation. Such delays or costs (such as customs clearance fees) are beyond our control and will not be reimbursed by AuraKlean. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. Incorrect addresses or failure to receive the parcel may result in additional charges.

7. Returns and Refunds Returns are accepted within 100 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned products. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account. Items damaged during return transit may not be eligible for a full refund.

8. Lifetime Warranty Our products are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover general wear and tear, misuse, improper handling, lack of maintenance, or damage caused by the customer. Warranty claims must be supported by proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the defect.

9. Limitation of Liability AuraKlean shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. If liability is established, it shall not exceed the total value of the respective order. We are not responsible for loss of data or profit, nor for third-party claims resulting from the use of our products.
